Asian Style Salad at Eddies Grill Buellton
Recently my wife and I went to Eddies Grill in Buellton. They have indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of parking. Pricing is fair and comparable to similar restaurants. Eddies is probably the best place to get a burger in Buellton, though The Habit across the street is very good as well.
The salads at Eddies Grill are pretty good and definitely better than The Habit across the street. My favorite is the Santa Barbara Cobb but today I wanted to try something new….the Asian Style Chicken Salad. The chicken was incredibly tender which is something you can rely on with all their salads with chicken. The dressing was good but a bit to sweet for my tastes. I enjoyed the salad and there was plenty of it to eat.
The ingredients are Chopped Mix Greens Topped with Lightly Marinated Chicken Breast, Grilled Pineapple, Red Cabbage, Carrots, Diced Red Bell Peppers, Jicama, Sesame Seeds & Crispy Chow Mein Noodles - however my salad had corn strips instead of the Chow Mein Noodles.
