Brophy's OTA (On the Alley) in Goleta is a great place to grab a bite on your way to see a movie at the Metropolitan Camino Real Cinemas or coming back from a beach walk at Refugio Beach.

They have an extensive menu with seafood, sandwiches and salads. They serve sodas, beer, wine etc. and have a kid friendly menu as well. I ordered the Baja Fish Taco (pictured above) and was very impressed by the presentation and size of this. Priced around $5 this is a mean in itself with a decent portion of fish topped with avocado, pickled onion and an absolutely amazing sauce. I just couldn't get enough of that sauce! It also comes with chips and salsa, the chips were fresh and crisp, the mild salsa was also fresh but I'd prefer something a bit spicier.
